Place Manager - Ashwood Chadstone
PPHA is seeking a Place Manager for our Ashwood Chadstone Gateway Project (ACGP) which is a significant housing redevelopment project that will deliver 210 community and 72 private homes in Ashwood and Chadstone.
The Place Manager will be responsible for providing leadership of a place management approach to the creation of a vibrant, thriving and well connected community that improves people's housing, surrounds and liveability.
The successful applicant will have relevant qualifications and experience in leading the planning, implementation and evaluation of community building initiatives. You will have a strong management and community development record in either the private or public sector. This role requires a high level of people skills, as well as enthusiasm, motivation and leadership.
