Repairs service

PPHA has an in house maintenance team that carries out repairs to properties when needed. An on call after hours emergency service is also available. For emergency repairs after hours please call 0419 505 073.

If something in your home needs repairing call us on 9534 5837 and  we will arrange a maintenance contractor (repair person) to come and fix the item.

Disability Modifications

Many of PPHA properties have been modified to improve the amenity for disabled tenants including full wheelchair access and lowered kitchen work surfaces.

General Modifications

If you would like to make any alterations to your home you must first get our permission. You can do this by contacting your property manager or contact the office to make an appointment.
