PPHA provides a range of housing types including 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, family townhouses ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms, and rooming houses with single rooms and self-contained studios.We cater to singles, couples, families and older people and our homes are available to people over 18 on low to moderate incomes who can live independently.

As tenancy management of its own buildings, PPHA ensures that the quality of our assets are maintained and the security of tenancies are not compromised. All asset management and routine maintenance are carried out by PPHA's in house asset management team.
