PPHA purchased land at 87 Chapel St following a mortgagee auction and subsequent negotiation with the vendors. The land was a large vacant site in St Kilda where PPHA has now built a four-storey apartment style development, inclusive of lift access, private and communal open space, as well as a basement area for car parking. The completed project provides 81 new independent living units, including 47 one-bedroom apartments, 31 two-bedroom apartments and 3 three bedroom apartments.
