PPHA purchased the site at auction in 2008. Situated close to public transport and other local amenities, the homes provide independent living for singles and families. The development comprises town house and apartment-style dwellings with lift access to the apartments, and residents have a basement car park, as well areas of both private and communal open space. The completed project provides 42 units; including 22 one bedroom apartments, 18 two bedroom apartments and two three bedroom town houses.
