***UPDATE - MARCH 2013 ***
Icon have continued to make great progress on the ACGP Project in the new year with the March completion of the new PPHA Office and apartments at 2 Elliott Street. Once Icon has completed their defects inspections and the building is opened, Elliott Street will reopen to local residents and excited new tenants can begin moving in.
Icon will continue with the work on the remaining Power Ave buildings, with completion anticipated by mid-year.
***UPDATE - DEC 2012 ***
Our new builder Icon Construction is making good progress across the whole of the ACGP site. The first building to be completed is 8 Power Avenue, next to the pocket park at the end of Power Avenue. The building has achieved all necessary statutory sign-offs including the Certificate of Occupancy, which means that private purchasers can now take ownership.
An Owners Corporation has been appointed and ICON is working hard on the few remaining items required to complete all works before Christmas. The purchasers have been notified and several of the owners have indicated that they will move in straight away. We should see new neighbours in Ashwood for the New Year 2013.
