The project on land owned by the Port Phillip Housing Trust, involved the demolition of a single dwelling and refurbishment of eight one bedroom units. The house was demolished to make way for a three storey building with lift access providing an additional 11 units of accommodation on the site. The upgrade and full refurbishment of 8 existing one bedroom units was done in the second stage of the development.
